After first opening its doors in 1991, this warehouse has expanded significantly to 420,000 square feet of temperature-controlled space (55-75 °F), 65 dock doors, a storage capacity of 56,000 pallets, 120 trailer parking spots, and a secured yard with 24/7 access.

- Travel north on I-75 towards Chattanooga to Exit 271 for Chastain Road.
- Upon exiting the highway, turn left onto Chastain Road NW.
- Cross over I-75 and proceed on Chastain Road NW for 3.3 miles. After a mile, the road will change names from Chastain Road NW to McCollum Pkwy. As you pass Cobb County Airport (McCollum Field), stay in the left running lane.
- Cross over US-41 (Cobb Pkwy) onto Cobb International Blvd.
- Continue for 0.5 miles, and the 3000 facility will be on your right.
- Travel south on I-75 toward Atlanta to Exit 271 for Chastain Road.
- Upon exiting the highway, turn right onto Chastain Road NW
- Proceed on Chastain Road NW for 3.3 miles. After a mile, the road will change names from Chastain Road NW to McCollum Pkwy. As you pass Cobb County Airport (McCollum Field), stay in the left running lane.
- Cross over US-41 (Cobb Pkwy) onto Cobb International Blvd.
- Continue for 0.5 miles, and the 3000 facility will be on your right.
